2. Project Scope & Refinement

All projects are governed by a specific Project Brief or Proposal.

Any work requested outside the original scope will be treated as a separate “Strategic Consult” or additional development phase.
3. Client Responsibilities
To maintain our high-end performance standards, clients are responsible for providing:

Timely feedback and approvals.

Necessary access to hosting, domain registries, and third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress admin).

All text and high-resolution imagery, unless copywriting or visual strategy services are specifically engaged.
4. Payment & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project on our calendar.

Final delivery of the “refined digital home” or custom solution occurs only upon receipt of full payment.
5. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, ownership of the specific website design and custom code transitions to the client.

We reserve the right to showcase the project in our Portfolio as a testament to our craftsmanship and design excellence.
